Hypnosis is an extremely useful tool for making cognitive changes. It can change our subconscious processes. It can show us the right mindset for success. And having the right mindset can allow us to make impressive changes easily.

The programs in this series were designed to lead you to this mindset so that you can use it to achieve your goal – whether it be to quit smoking, lose weight, reduce anxiety, cure a phobia, or work through personal issues.

We can lead you to that mindset, but it's up to you to follow us there. It's up to you to be willing to put in the attention and focus needed.  And when the hypnosis program is over, it's up to you to actually go do any remaining work that you need to do.

If you just go into it expecting "magic" where you space out and "wake up" with the problem solved, you will be disappointed. Instead, go into it expecting it to guide you through what you need to do to improve yourself. You will be very satisfied with the results.

Series Instructions

Since these are interactive hypnosis programs, they offer significantly more flexibility to handle your particular needs than does an audio recording. Each program is also able to wait for you to make your decision before moving on, making it less likely to "lose" you along the way. However, since it still is an automated process, it doesn’t have the full flexibility of a live hypnotherapist. It only knows what you tell it, and if you lie, your results will suffer. Treat each program like a live hypnotherapist that you respect too much to lie to. Unlike a live hypnotherapist, it doesn't know if you're giving it your full focus or if you're slacking off - so give it your all.

To complete these programs, you will only need to use your keyboard to provide answers of either “Yes” or “No” to move your way through the script. These programs generally take between 15 and 45 minutes to complete.  It is recommended to leave another 15 minutes free at the end: both to consolidate the changes and to keep any time-related pressure from interfering with the session. So be sure to work through the programs when you have enough free time to be completely uninterrupted. Just remember - the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.
